T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for a long sleeve technical t-shirt for a national sail boat championship race. The event attracts mostly men in their 50's but there will also be a few women and young men participating. The most popular size will be Mens XL.
The event is being held in Holland, Michigan - with sailing on Lake Michigan. The hosts of the event is the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club and S2 7.9 Class Fleet #1.
The shirt can be printed in multiple locations - front, crest, back, and/or sleeve.
Files attached include:
S2 7.9 Class logos
S2 7.9 Drawing.
Macatawa Bay Yacht Club logos (it is fine to use only the burgee flag instead of the entire logo).
