Logo Design Brief

I am a restaurant owner seeking to find the perfect logo that both represents and goes well with my business. I own a cuban restaurant and it is called "el mocho" we have paid someone to make a menu for us and they made it seem as if we are a seafood restaurant on the cover of the menu, although I like the design they have created for us, it does not match our style. I WOULD like to keep the font they have used, I like that.

Must have

• I have uploaded an image of the previous "logo" and I would like to see some minor tweaks on that logo. I would like to use the hand with the two missing fingers because in Spanish "mocho" is a name people get called if they have missing finger(s). also maybe a different hand and/or an upgraded one but keep the animated look. I would also like to keep the tan color that is on the menu, in the background of the logo. The finger should stay white. Also I would like "El Mocho Restaurant" around the logo just how it is on the current logo and for the colors of "El Mocho Restaurant" to be the same as those on the menu. (blue purple, and maroon red it looks like)

Should not have

• I do not want the background that is currently being used. I would like to see one that matches more and doesn't look so illusional
