Logo Design Brief

Looking for a BBQ logo for my BBQ team. Something beef and pork related. This is Texas BBQ so something that is more cow or bull related because beef is king out this way. I eventually want to put this on tee shirts so it's a logo that needs to be able to go over the pocket of a shirt and look good as well as a business card.
