Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a realtor team simply called the "Michael Smith Team". The team will be focused on higher end residential and should have a logo that inspires confidence among a higher end clientele. No color restrictions as website will be designed around logo. Logo should be easily recognizable when considering drive by traffic on a yard sign.
Regarding Text of the Logo I would like to see what you feel would be the best approach between using just the initials MST, or the full name of Michael Smith Team
