T-shirt Design Brief

Im looking for a t shirt illustration for a funny australian football moment. I'm looking for someone to copy, in cartoon style, a photo of a moment in the sport where one player has leapt onto the shoulders of another to catch the football. The commentator was incredibly excited and shouts the player's name: Didak. Therefore the illustration will depict the player taking the catch, with the commentator in the commentator's box in the grandstand shouting his name, using a speech bubble.
I have attached a photo of the football moment and a photo of the commentator who called it.
Ideally the player will look incredibly boisterous and confident, as he is taking an incredibly difficult catch. He will look like the far more supreme player to the player whose shoulders he is kneeling on. Also, even though the photo doesn't show it, it would be great if we could see the player who takes the catch's number on his back. He wears number 4.
Finally, if we could somehow create some sort of Angel-like spirituality to the picture, to show that this player is like something that the Gods have sent down. Perhaps a bright light from behind shining on him.

I have also attached a photo of a guy in a prayer pose. I would like a cartoon style pic of this guy, yet just in a white t shirt, on the back of the shirt. Just his upper body. Crucial that you include him wearing the hat and the moustache!
