Logo Design Brief

We need logo for our company call MAD. General we are representant of Novaverta company (www.novaverta.it) on our country. We are building spraybooths, and heavy industry machines, lifts, gernrat we are very technical guys to solve problems of indutrial market (production lines, paint shops, steel building constructions). Logo should be very simple, only black and white, no colours, and in two versions, one will be normal (print, sticker) and second should be "stencil" co need to be easy to cut on cnc machines on sheet metal. Font in logo please use IMPACT. I send to You our logo of our second, completly differnnt sector - motorsport. We want to our major brand call MAD have simmilar type of logo. Please visit www.novaverta.it, www.novaverta.pl. General MAD is "mother" company, MAD Motorsport is "daughter" company. In future could be more "daughter" companies.
On atachment You have pdf file with some prototype logo, but I know its wrong, on Logo there is spraybooth but we do also other stuff.
