Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company based in Sydney NSW called 'Step by Step Interventions'. We provide early intervention services and diagnostic assessment for children with disability and their families. I would like designs that are colourful and child friendly - possibly using feet/footprints/steps on a white background. The final design should communicate that we are family friendly, accepting and fun to work with.
