When creating packaging for a product, information such as product dimensions, purpose and marketing strategy, along with a myriad of others are vital to the creative process and to graphic design in general.

This is especially true when designing labels for product. Without knowing physical dimensions or.relative size (aspect ratio), It is difficult, at best, to create any layout. As a matter of fact, it is the first question.
