I just a clarification needed on the cover size -you have 8.5 x 11"
Assuming just the front cover only - is that the actual cover size - or is it 8.5 x 5.5 as in a paperback?
Also assuming it is a standard 5.5 x 8.5 - that would make the full wraparound the dimensions you have given (8.5x 11) but you haven't allowed for spine width. Do you have this yet, or do you have the approx number of pages so I can calculate the total dimensions of the book.

I am so new at this and now realize I should have decided on this earlier. I have checked further with Lulu and my cover will be 14.38 x 10.75in, interior 6x9. The interior will be B&w, including all photos. A Black and White cover might work well. Approximately 250 pages

thank you all for your wonderful contributions to my project. I have appreciated all of your quick responses to my edits and wish I could choose each one of your covers, but that's not possible. My family has voted with me and we have chosen one. Thank you again, this was a fun process.
