Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo designed for a Landscape design and construction business based in Melbourne, Australia. We design and construct high-end architectural landscapes (including swimming pools). The design should be clean, have sharp lines, some sort of connection with design/construction, Black and white.
Included is a very quick design I put together showing the intent.

• Our designs are generally sharp / square edges/ symmetrical/ clean- so would love the logo to reflect this

Nice to have

• Some sort of Architectural connection ie. ruler markings
