Logo Design Brief

We are a London based developer, specialising in mixed used developments across London only. We undertake a number of projects across London ranging in various heights and sizes, and including tall buildings.

you can view our current logo at www.chlondon.com on our holding page. However, we do not feel the logo is dominant enough in its design. We would like to keep the two tone grey colour within our design as well as the CAPITAL HOMES font and in its position, unless you can think of any better ideas!

We do not want to see anything cliche, like Big Ben, the millennium dome, london eye, or skylines etc.

The design needs to be smart ,slick and bold, probably more square in its design rather than anything circular or wavey.

We are a luxury developer and require a suitable logo to represent what we aim to achieve.
