A "crate sucking" means a grilling process which can be used to indirectly fry any kind of meat. We build and lend the boxes. Boxes are built in predefined sizes and designs, or tailor-made according to customer requirements. Photos of the crate can be found at www.diekistensau.at. The logo should contain either the homepage or "Stefani's Kistensau".
