Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a consultancy company that serves them all; Project Management, Audit, CPD and Ethics. I am looking for something more focused on Ethics. It would be nice to have something refer to strategy. Name of the company will be PMCM, I am looking for a single symbolic logo that is all be used in uniforms of the labours and also letters of PMCM with a bold/mascular font. Also, I want to see the subheadings as Project Management, Audit, CPD, Ethics as a complete set of the logo.
