Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new Senior Citizen's care home. The multi-story development will have some of the best views in the Province of Manitoba, Canada. On the top of the building, there will be a restaurant with a 360 degree view. This logo should have both elegance and refinement to it. Looking for a stylized logo that would go on everything from dinner ware to staff clothing, etc. See the attached file for a guideline.
