Logo Design Brief

I want a very Classic and simplistic logo an 8 year old could see and draw that tells our story and what we do.
I also want it to be very elegant to attract high paying customers and that could be franchisable. I dont want a crappy clip art.
We need a logo for a company based in El Paso tx. We do luxury landscaping designs and also do lawn care and property maintance. I would like to portray that we are extremely professional and trustworthy.
The company is owned by my father and I we are still a small local company. We want to be the McDonalds of lawn care and landscaping.
