Logo Design Brief

We are the winning truck team of the Breslau Rally 2016. This year we have a new teamname: 'Rims2004'. Because all the trucks from our team drive with wheels/rims in the color RAL2004 (orange). We'de like a young and dynamic logo with some vintage accents. We think the best examples are in the world of BMX and/or MX.

Attached an example logo for some ideads. I don't need a copy.
Attached an picture from 1 of our unimog trucks. The truck should not be in the logo.

We drive Unimog Trucks. Attached the logo and lettertype from Unimog. That might give inspiration ?
