Logo Design Brief

This is for my company's (Boss Racing) logo. It's a small company that is a horses racing stable and owns racing horses.

Our colors are: Royal Blue, Black and White
Design: would like an illustrative/iconic design, that has an image of a horse. The horse needs to be fierce, sleek/ clean, masculine ... bloodthirsty, but still stately. Stay away from a cartoon-y Horse. Red Bull's logo contains a Bull image and is a good example of the type of horse image I'm looking for
Text : Text font should be clean, stately and bold. Open to The text ("Boss Racing") blending in(emerging out of) the Horse image-up to the designer / artist.
Shape: open to whatever shape design...whatever works to make for a strong, masculine and powerful logo design (quick google search says sharp angles in triangular shapes...again, open to anything though)?
