Thank you for your question. It is possibe I made a mistake somewhere.Let me explain. I am trying to sell a house that it is yet to be build. It does not exist yet. I already have an illustration (or render or 3D view or whatever it is called) of the outside of the house. I have attached it. It is the jpg picture. What I need is a similar illustration (or render or 3D view or picture, I am not sure on the name) of the interior of the house. A different view. For example a view of the kitchen (and the patio next to it), or a view of the dinning room with the chimney, or a view of the master bedroom,...) I also attach the house plans so you can choose what view is better to design. It doesn't matter to me. If I have to choose, I guess I would choose a view of the kitchen, with the dining room at the end and the patio at the right hand side. What is important is that the illustration (or 3D view, or render...) matches with the same style of the one I have included. Is this possible? Is this a normal request for DesignCrowd?

Hello project owner! im interested on making the renderings you asked but as designers we will need the 3d file to work on cause the rendered image you have uploaded is very high quality so its not possible for us to create a 3d model from scratch , find the 3d models for the furniture and make a rendered image with so good quality etc for such a low budget. Unless you want to see a simple illustration made from imagination with details from the uploaded image.

Hello Dimitri. Thanks for your question. OK. I think I can provide the basic 3D files. I cannot provide the final 3D files of the picture I have sent because the designer who did it does not provide them. He only provides the final 3d view in jpg. In terms of furniture, it does not need to be the same. It just needs to be elegant. As a matter of fact, the view could be of the kitchen or the entrance which is not seen in the 3D view I have sent. Many thanks, Pedro

Could I ask a question just out of curiosity ? Are you fresh air in real estate business ? I guess the designers that did the job withhold the file so they could have multiple charges on various views . and I guess you'd probably disagreed with them at the expense part . There're not much of designers willing and capable of produce such of qualities within this budge . Could you upload the an universal format instead of rhino . I wish you best luck .
