Logo Design Brief

We operate a small farmers market deli business specialising in mainly eastern european meats, salami's, smallgoods etc. based in Australia
We're about to open a brand new store and want a fresh new logo to accompany the change.
We're looking for for an overall fresh look, perhaps a little masculine. Something that looks good anywhere - as it will be sign written, on our web page and Facebook page.
Logo needs to look simple and relatively elegant but without looking high end.
Still not 100% sure about the tag line in the logo but we can revisit that
