Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a continuous professional development course called MMOS (Mentor Me On Steroids). There are 5 levels to this CPD so will need 5 versions of the logo, which can be distinguished by colour/stars or anything similar.
This logo will be displayed on websites, on documentation and possible be turned into a physical badge.
MMOS is a training program for photographers and teaches both photography and business. It has produced several "photographers of the year", taken members through qualification in various photographic societies and helped build success businesses.
