Logo Design Brief

We are relocating businesses and focusing on retail and brand-ware, so it is time we update and freshen up our logo. I will attach two versions we've used, and we don't want to scrap them entirely but more merge the two. We need something self-contained, so it would easily be turned into a stamp/sticker/label/etc. and on-brand. Our bakery is a Gingerbread-themed "factory" so it has a broad audience of everyone from kids to grandparents. We want it to be playful but instantly recognizable. Our colors are a light cheerful pink and attractive brown, and our logo has always used a gingerbread man. Please note the new logo is a grab from our website, and the "old logo" file is only available at the moment on a photo of a product. So that's what I've attached. For a png of jpg of it, I need some time to find it. I've also included some self-contained logo ideas, though we don't want anything too "cookie cutter" (pun intended) Website is www.gingerbreadfactory.com for product information.
