Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a NPO (non-profit organization) called ZYP ONLUS.
The NPO is particular because is born and does charity thanks to the company called ZYP, a quick service tailoring franchising.
Every ZYP tailoring shop gives every month a little amount in charity to the ZYP NPO, that collected between all the shops, raise a good amount that goes for charity projects.
I want you to know, that thanks to ZYP ONLUS (and ZYPs shops) they gave the chance to women in Africa, in Brazil and in Egypt, to make their own business and start a new life.
The idea of ZYP fair trade franchising in unique in the world and we need a logo that must be very similar to the one of the ZYP company because we must "connect" the two relates. But somehow we must make it different and integrate the logo with the text THE FUTURE IS PINK.

We need a logo that can be well showed together with the company one and that can be printed very big and smaller.

The coulors must be the same of the ZYP LOGO (in attachement). And also the style must not be different

Somehow i know is like you're into very restricted rules, but you must understand that we must show and make real visible the connection between the tailor fair trade franchising and the NPO.
Anyway, you can use your imagination also to manage the Y into ZYP and also for the frame.
Something that can remember the world? (just an idea)
