Logo Design Brief

We are a private competition Barbecue team in North Carolina (just starting) ...one day would like to start a catering business...for parties and such...We lean more towards a "western style" but have combined the western and Carolina style BBQ to a unique flavor...we make pork, brisket, ribs and chicken. mostly chopped BBQ and pulled pork. But our name is what was fun...it's "Knock'in Boots BBQ" and the slogan is "pork'in all night" (was one idea...lol) we want to have fun with it, our goal is making great BBQ, but we also want to sell hats, t-shirts and such...if the logo is right...the name is perfect. looking for a great design to go with our passion. We like a western font style, vintage look or better yet something retro (I've included images that reflect that...) reds, oranges, browns, aqua (colors)
