We need a logo design for a start-up business in South Australia called "101 Plan Management" that will be providing Financial Intermediary Services (Plan Management) and Support Coordination (Connecting with Supports and Community) to Participants of the Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme (aka NDIS).
Participants (people with a disability) that will access our services will range from 0-64 years and so will need to be diverse and inclusive.
Would like a design to either include rainbow colours to represent diversity or basic colours with no red as a main colour.
The letter G in Management would ideally represent a person in a wheelchair.
The winning design will ultimately be used across all mediums from business cards, flyers, banners to letterheads including future website and facebook.
Updates
Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Due to so many high quality designs submitted we are having difficulties choosing between a few designs and some minor changes are still required before being able to make a final choice on winning design.

Requirements
Must have
- The G in Management must be in the form of a person in a wheelchair but still resemble the letter G (have included the image for the idea I started with for this).
- Needs to be clear and easily readable.
- Coloured design needs to be able to be converted to black and white.
Nice to have
- To appeal to all ages and "pop".
- To be able to use it for letterhead, emails, business cards and later on a website.
- Silhouettes of people to represent invisible disabilities incorporated with the 101 or other area of the overall logo.
Should not have
- No red as the primary colour.
- Not just blue and purple as these are the colours of the organisation I will be working with.
