Web Design Brief

We need a vibrant, user friendly and exciting website for our land search company called "ugotLand" This application will help individuals locate and or list lots for sale within the Caribbean. We will offer a small cash back incentive to buyers that purchase land from our site, and we will charge a 1%-2% success fee to our sellers once a successful transaction is made. We would like to become a match making site, matching buyers and sellers on our platform. We will also include a service directory and marketing advertisement spot for other service providers for a fee. We would like to see a webdesign incorporating Caribbean colors (blue, green and yellow) with very modern clean lines, very picturesque and easy to use.
