Logo Design Brief

We are beginning a brand new craft brewery in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and are looking for a logo design. The logo will feature on all brewery communications, signage, bottle labels, merchandise and the like. The hen colour for the logo should be strong but may change, depending on the style of the beer, for the tap decals and bottle labels.
The image we are after is of a hen with feather patterns like a hop flower.
