Logo Design Brief

Looking for new updated logo for my contracting business based in Kelowna, BC, Canada in the Okanagan Valley. The services I provide are renovations, new construction, custom building, decks, fences, pools, landscaping, backyard makeovers etc. I'm looking for something clean & simple but incorporates the services I provide. It doesn't necessarily have to incorporate all of them and/or maybe just one but something that articulates high end residential projects and possibly the area in which I'm based. Generally i prefer cooler colours (blue, green, grey, etc)
