Logo Design Brief

The company is called MJ Brands. We don't have a slogan. We are still creating our website.
This is a consulting firm for hotel project management and also will advertise some auto-CAD design work.

Colors: we want muted/dark-ish orange & light grey

We want the M and the J to be part of the logo, but do not show "brands" - not sure if we want the letters to wrap inside the shape or just be placed on top of it or inside of it
We want a teardrop or diamond shape (see sample shapes attached, we want something along these lines so please provide options that are very different from each other so we can tweak the one we like best)
We want this to be a sleek/minimal design. Nothing too crazy just the shape, the letters, and the colors.
