Logo Design Brief

I would like to have a logo developed for Sunrise Taquitos, a family owned restaurant specializing in breakfast foods including tacos, all food is made to order from scratch and fresh ingredients. When developing the logo we want to stay away from any traditional Tex-Mex type of logos. This logo will be used for multiple restaurant locations in Texas as the locations grow. I have included a copy of the old logo for the restaurant. I do not want to rework this logo, we want a totally new concept. Email with questions.
