Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that includes the term Claims Management and is the symbol that collects all of our business (a kind of holding company).
Our three companies have separate logos, which I attach to this mail, and it would be nice for the new logo to somehow have recalls to the previous three or to be the whole.
I would like to change color in the choice of the logo (we prefer combination of orange/grey or blue/grey) and no longer use the blue color of other logos.
It needs something nice but not overly noticeable, thank you
