Bodytech (aust) pty ltd is the business name I have only a Facebook page bodytech Denise

I instruct 4 classes fitness classes a week and run 8 week challenges aprox 3-5 a year. I do personal training and write programs
These web sites are similar to what Iam looking for

Bonus is mine can be done online and in person which can be draining since I then take in a lot of emotional stuff and stories and excuses from clients

They get given training programs which is what I do written programs but I also give them physical training sessions as well

The purpose of this site?
My goal is to stay in the health and fitness industry however my body is physically, emotionally mentally exhausted.
I am torn because I love my job but 28 years later and with a few health issues I can't do it.
I must stop i need to stop due to
My health but I can't I worry about the loss of income and letting people down

So if I can set up a website and a online app, 8 week challenge or add to my collection of fitness DVDs and put them online where I can work from home

on my Facebook you can access my albums and advertising material

My main primary audience is females between 25-55 however I cater for everyone young old for unfit challenged etc

On my website or app these are the things I would want to cover

Everyday there would be a new inspirational logo
A short program they can do in the privacy of there home
My fitness DVD's and workout clothing on sale
Fitness programs on sale

I have an in in inbundance of information I can draw from of eg my 3 fitness DVDs, receipes, logos, inspirational quotes from my Facebook so stuff I have used before I am wanting to produce another DVD And complete my book I would love to add that to my products

Eye catching words
Weight loss (only because that gets people in straight away)
Fat burner (example I teach a abs thigh butt class Monday yes it's burns calories as much as the Fatburner class but uneducated people will go to the Fatburner just because of the name

28 years experience ( I believe i have so much experience and stories to share I have the qualifications and awards that I have won but it's my passion and desire to help others I think this is why my business is a success.
