Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our NEW real estate company. I would like this brand to be easily recognizable. Something modern that stands out but is also classic. Monogram type logo would be nice but not necessary. A design using a picture of a house or something to make it easily recognized as a real estate company. <---- nice but not necessary. Ultimately we would like for you to use your creativity to design something fresh for us. We are not design experts and do not have too many specifics on what exactly we want done. We are open to viewing multiple styles of design.
