Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a unique logo design for my real estate business. I want to use that logo as my brand identity. The identity is “The Townhouse Man”. I want the logo to show a fun, happy, approachable, hard-working, professional, businessman character that people would like to hire to sell their townhouse. Maybe a running businessman silhouette or character. Or maybe even a professional businessman superhero type character.

I uploaded files of examples I like. I really like the character images - silh 1, silh 2, funny 1, funny 2, funny 3. I also uploaded 3 pic of me so the character can look somewhat like me.

I want the image of the man to be a uniquely designed image, not clip art that can be downloaded from the internet. The logo needs to say "The Townhouse Man", and have an image of the townhouse man along with the text. I need a logo I can use for business cards, post cards, and website.

I would like the colors and fonts to be professional, unique and modern.
