Logo Design Brief

We need to design a logo for a building based in the Cayman Islands. The building has various professional tenants who provide services such as investments, law firms, and fund services.

The logo is going to be used for letterheads and also for the main lobby reception desk and for the building sign. We would like something fairly modern and the colour specifics should be gold/grey/cream or white and blue is also ok. We are open to other colours but our goal is to keep this a simple logo.
