Logo Design Brief

I'd like to have a logo for a new company. At this company Software (Java) developers will be doing contract work. The aim of the company is to be exclusive for just the best developers and it should never exceed 25 employees, so you really know your colleagues. The logo should breathe craftmanship, vintage style, with perhaps 1 or 2 colours. It should also have a link with coding / writing code. The company will be named East Side Coding. Maybe its cool to highlight ESC (escape). Looking forward to your creative ideas.
