Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my medical clinic business. I am a kidney specialist and I see patients with high blood pressure and kidney problem. The logo needs to reflect what I do and convey the message of trustworthy, care, compassion, approachable and empathy.

-Logo need to emphasis Kidney Hypertension Care rather than Sydney. Sydney shouldn't be the centre piece of the logo.
-Kidney Hypertension have to be same font size.
-If necessary, you can rearrange the location of the word Sydney, or even ignore the word Sydney if it makes the design look better
-In terms of colour scheme, I like teal or blue-green colour (however, I am open to other colours designers prefer):
-In terms of actual logo, I like to see an abstract kidney which looks artistic and elegant.
