Logo Design Brief

I need a logo done for my family's foundation based in Miami, FL. The name of the foundation is The Medina Family Foundation. We will be using the logo for our website, to create business cards, etc.
I would like the logo to be clean, yet not too edgy. The purpose of this foundation is to give back to our community, so I would like for the logo to also be warm/friendly-like. The basis of our foundation is giving and helping. We are an instrument in our area to help better our community and to help those in need. I would like the logo to say "Medina Family Foundation" in small letters under an abstract logo or maybe under a cool design of the letters MFF. Those are my thoughts.
