A.I. Software PowerPoint Presentation
Add your question or comments below
Hi there what version of ppt are you using? Are you on a pc or a Mac? Does the presentation need to be 4:3 or can it be 16:9 (wise screen) as this will make it look more professional and current the old 4:3 makes it look very outdated, before you even start designing. Kind Regards April
Hi,
I would love to create a PowerPoint presentation for you but is it possible to guarantee the payment? You will get many more high quality designs if the payment is secured.
Looking forward for your feedback!
Kind regards
Roxy
Hi April, thanks for the questions.
We are using PowerPoint 2010 on a PC (save as pptx format)
I see what you mean about the wide-screen. I agree with you, it would look more up-to-date with 16:9. Thanks for your suggestion, we will use 16:9 for the presentation. However, sometimes we have presentations with clients off-site and we cannot control what projector they may have, so would it be possible to have a 4:3 version of the Powerpoint for this situation? I am thinking just to cut off the sides and squish the content in a bit so that it fits, no need to make a completely new set of slides.
I will add these to the project brief.
Thanks.
Hi Roxy,
I understand what you mean. I have made the payment guaranteed now
Looking forward to your designs. Thanks =)
Hi there, I understand what you mean it is very hard not knowing what environment you will need to present in. I would however suggest not cutting and squishing, I would recomend once all the 16:9 slides have been approved, I save as and relay out the content on a 4:3 version, it takes a little longer but the results are much better and worth the effort. I would also send a pdf file so you can see if any of the content has moved around, ppt is notorious for little things shifting and changing colour etc, when put on different computers. Kind Regards April
Hi,
it would be great if you could give any feedback. My design is only a first proposal and we can adjust the design further to get your favorite final design (e.g., add pictures, add more layout, etc). Looking forward for your feedback.
Kind regards
Roxy
