Logo Design Brief

Drowning is the number one cause of death among children with autism and other special needs. At kelskids, we offer adaptive swim lessons to children with autism, down syndrome and other special needs for safety, therapy and fun! Many children with special needs find the water very theraputic and calming but that environment can be extremely dangerous for any child, escpecially those with special needs.

Most of our kids' parents arent able to pay for swim lessons, and even though we are a complete non profit organization, we have bills that must be paid in order to continue to provide life saving training to these kids, so we do a lot of fundraising so we never have to turn anyone away because of their inability to pay. We need to look more professional in the effort to acquire fundraising from groups and organizations that wouyld otherwise not take us seriously. So we begin with developing a logo that shows we are a professional organization as well as still representative enough of what we do to attract parents of kids whom we may be able to help
