Book Cover - needed: frontpage Authors Name: Beate Winkler Title: Viersamkeit size of page: 14,8x21cm, thickness 3cm, pages 460 I need a book cover. Book is in German, called "Viersamkeit" All which is something like "The four of us" in english. It is a novel. Page is 14,8x21cm, 460pages. Novel is on four young people, the medical student Kathrin with difficulties walking is getting to know a neurosurgeon Tom. He is mute, captured n speechlessness and sorrow. At the sametime Andreas is interested in Kathrin and his sister Anja, a friend of Kathrin, makes advances to Tom. Tom and Kathrin are inseparable. At unconventionel question comes up: maybe They Could start into life being a pair of four, instead of starting on into insoluble competition? This novel is Followed by two more books. In the second "flight to togetherness" Tom and Kathrin leave Germany and go to Boston for six months "Escape of the two". The third book "From the solitude" Tom very slowly Allows people to enter to his life. Kathrin battles to get him out of his loneliness and speechlesness "He comes from lonliness". For the first book I imagine a cover with four faces, maybe in four triangles each with one face. Faces must not be very clear or exact, a big lettered "4" could be before the faces. Kathrin is Described as having long dark hair and dark eyes, small, with cruches for her walking diffculties. She is friendly, smiling, open-minded, communicative. Tom so dark haired, extremely slim, sad, serious, timid, desperate and mute. His mouth Could be missing. Andreas has fair hair, he is a musician, violinist, loves his music, one Could draw him with a little friendly smile. He is ready to help everyone, but a little shy. Anja, his sister, long fair hair, funny, lovely, uncomplicated, Kathleen's best friend. More open and active than her brother. What they like to do together is music. They play in the same orchestra. Kathrin and Andraes violin. Anja Flute. Tom clarinet. Tom is therefore a great pianist and dedicated surgeon, highly intelligent, but lonesome. Hope I have written enough about the characters foryou to get the faces "right". Another idea than faces Could be four people in a little sailing boat - it is one of the central scenes.
