T-shirt Design Brief

I've feel like I've hit a wall with and I'm looking a designer who can give it a "wow" factor. All the core elements you'll see should be kept, but feel free to adjust them any way you like to make your design stand out. My version looks pretty flat. Please use your expertise to make it more 3-dimensional so it pops.

In your design, the text "They say ... #1" can appear outside the Ohio outline, if you like.

Requirements

Must have

• I'm partial to the distressed/grunge look, so feel free and add a splatter, texture, or something to the Ohio map layer, and use/adjust with fonts that are appropriate. The gray layer is irrelevant. Ultimately the design will appear on dark t-shirts. My version is at 600 DPI, but the winning entry should be be 300 DPI 12 inches wide, and up to 18 inches tall, so you can add more space above/below than what my design shows.
• The colors on my design are a bit off. Please make the red #D50032 and the blue #0C2340.

Nice to have

• My uploaded design includes all the assets, but you can add more to you if you like.

Should not have

• Cannot add "Indians" or "Tribe".
