Logo Design Brief

I am starting a educational consulting group focused primarily on leadership and leadership development called "The DDance Group." The firm will also work with schools, school systems, state education agencies, and governing bodies on educational goals. I want a logo created that will upon seeing it make clients remember our firm. A possible tagline can be "Focused on People; Focused on YOU." We do public speaking, consulting, strategic planning, etc. This design will go on everything from business cards to letterhead to PowerPoints. It should communicate collaboration, leadership, relationships, etc.
