Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a professional, yet fun logo that points in the direction of progress and achievement. This logo is intended for a real estate investment club based in Alaska. The club will primarily be real estate education. It is a place to share knowledge build relations, network, and share pertinent local events.I'm trying to reach anyone who is interested in real estate from novices all the way to the experienced investor.I don't have any required colors, however I like a bold red and black scheme with possibly blue or yellow. I like the idea of having the Alaska state shape with words over top similar to the picture I submitted. I'm looking for something people would want to wear like a brand. Eye catchy but yet professional.
