Web Design Brief

I need a basic website for www.utilitymedia.com. Utility Media has been hosting websites since 2002 via partnership arrangement with Rackspace.com and Register.com. We do not do any design, only hosting for small companies and nonprofits. We are referring people to DesignCrowd and others to get their websites developed. Our website and pricing does not change often, but I need to be able to easily update the pricing and contact page.

Must have

• Wordsmith format for easy content management. The logo attached. Contact us page with the following: Phone and fax are the same number: 888.390.6450. Email address is myutilitymedia@gmail.com. Mailing address is 2307 W. Beebe Capps #251, Searcy, AR 72143.

Nice to have

• Some kind of badge or tag line on the home page that celebrates our 15th year of hosting without a single hosting without any downtime. We are are 15 year partners with Rackspace.com and Register.com. Website Design tab needs to reference DesignCrowd or others for all their website design needs. We provide no design or updating services. We will provide the developers FTP access to our dedicated Linux server. We do not provide email services other than redirects to their proprietary email or gmail, yahoo, etc. Needs a services and pricing tab. We provide domain registration services via our partnership with Register.com. We will want a way for them to submit a suggested domain name for us to verify if available. I might be able to get a link from Register.com to our account for you to include on that tab REGISTER DOMAIN. The tab buttons can be: WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO, WHEN YOU NEED US, WHERE TO REACH US. Maybe consider making the WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE a dark blue color the rest of the text different color just so they stand out

Should not have

• A lot of animation that takes a long time to open. Clean and simple website.
