Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo design that can be used on different sized informational and directional and signs that will mounted through the condominium property.

We are a condominium located in the tourist area of Clearwater, Florida. Sign sizes may range from 12" x 20" to 30" x 16" and will include logo plus text. Largest sign will be on the Main Gate and will be about 5 feet wide by 21/2 feet high.

We'd also like to be able to use the logo on business cards, letterhead and our website. If creating a logo for this range in sizes is unrealistic please let us know, so that we can work together on how this can be accomplished.

We would like the logo to have a Renaissance feel using the green, reddish orange or terracotta, and some pale maze or tan. Most of the signs will have a white, or off white, reflective backgrounds.

Requirements

Must have

• Colors that match the building and the Renaissance Theme. The size must be able to be adapted to varying sized signs. Be relatively clean and definitely readable. Include colors that match the building and sign color and suggest a the Renaissance theme. At least two colors, the green and the dark coral on the sign.

Should not have

• No lime, or light shades of green.
