Logo Design Brief

I need to start with a logo for "Captain Caviar" (I also own "captaincaviar.com") I will need to put this logo on brochures to be displayed at Tourist Info Centers, on tee-shirts, business cards and include it on my Highway signs which measure 8 feet high x 12 feet long....etc. This is a Swamp Tour business deep in the heart of South Louisiana, and we tour the Atchafalaya Wilderness viewing Alligators, Eagles and Cypress swamp fauna
