Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new small-animal veterinary practice that will treat dogs, cats, and small mammals. The name will be "Comfort Veterinary Hospital" and I would like it to be a low-stress type of practice. I will incorporate this logo into my outdoor sign and hopefully paint it behind my reception desk.

I was originally thinking about the name of the practice with 3 or 4 icons showing pets, medicine, and maybe something like warmth/comfort (i.e. circles with paw, heart, stethoscope, etc), but I'm very open to other ideas as well. I would like the feeling of professional/medical but without the "sterile feel" of human hospitals. I'm planning on the interior colors to be the attached uploaded file. Staying in the theme of low-stress, I'd like to avoid bold and super bright colors. Thanks for your help!
