Logo Design Brief

We have a Payment Gateway company based in California looking for a logo and landing page design. We are more than just a payment gateway, we have built in a feature rich CRM, Agency Contracting Platform, Commission Tracking, and a drag-n-drop Marketing Suite. The current backend uses darker colors (black, gray, dark blue, dark green, dark red). We have attached a screen shot of an area within the current backend.
