Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer designed for a marketing strategy that is to be launched by AMCOL. As it is for our hardware division, our logo should go unto the flyer. We are offering to our customers financing on items from $5000 up to $35000. Here are some key words that you may want to include; "building or revovating? you pick the job we've got the financing." The flyer should reflect some sort of home construction and should be very attractive and vibrant. On the flyer it should also state that it's "hassle-free" and; "no down payment", "no collateral", "affordable monthly payments".
