Flyer Design Brief

We need a brochure (not a flyer) for an assisted living facility for elderly. I can either go for a tri fold or a bi fold brochure. (i attached a picture of type of brochures i'm looking for).our company provides 24 hours care in an home like environment for frail elderly who need a lot of care. our facilities are beautiful, and even thou in a home like setting, we are professionals and high end. we'd like to use the color green and our logo incorporated, also stock photography with elderly person with caregiver. The final design should communicate trust, care, love, safety and joy.
